Cocoa Beach is a city of 12,000 located in the heart of Florida’s Space Coast. The city has played an important role in the history of the country’s space program. Cocoa Beach also has a diversity of activities for the visitor including fishing, surfing, dining and exploring.

Most of the areas lodging is located along Atlantic Avenue (US Route A1A). You’ll find dozens of hotels from major chains to locally owned. Just about every type of accommodation is available too! From full-service resorts and suite hotels to Bed & Breakfasts.

Along Atlantic Avenue (US Route A1A) you’ll find dozens of restaurants, both fast food and elegant. Just off Route A1A on Tom Warriner Boulevard is “The 19th Hole”, an excellent steakhouse located in Cocoa Beach Country Club with a great view of the Banana River. The Pier Restaurant (located on the Cocoa Beach Pier) has great steaks and seafood in a casual, nautical atmosphere.

Cocoa Beach is emersed in the history of the country’s space program. The Astronaut Memorial Planetarium and Observatory (I-95 exit 75) is one of the largest public access observatories in Florida. It has two theatres and an exhibition hall.

The Cocoa Beach Pier is another local attraction with a 850 ft. promenade that leads to the beach and an observation deck.

Cocoa Beach is accessible from I-95 exit 75 and then east on FL 520 about 10 miles. US Route A1A runs north-south along the Atlantic coast and through the Cocoa Beach area.

This great city of sun has all the sun you could get, shopping malls,parks,beaches, and all the fun plans you would like to experience. The Pier downtown and close to 2 different Airports. Night clubs and sports clubs. Flea Markets; Wagon Wheel is the cheapest and the best place to shop for. Try the salvation army and Goodwill as well, if you’re looking for that authentic item and yard/garage sale.

Quality Inn,Best Inn,La Quinta,Days Inn,Holiday Inn. And have the best restaurants such…Ale House,Bleachers,Apple Bees,Durango,Kissin Cousins for breakfast,and around the Pier/downtown area.

From fast food chains like McDonald,Arbys,Bostons Chicken,Chic-Fill-A, and other great restaurants like Durango,Bone Fish,Cody’s Restaurant,and Chinese Buffett Restaurants.

Just take I-275 to Tampa, Lowrey Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, and at the Channel side; Aquarium, Tampa Bay Lightning arena,as well as for the Tampa Bay Storms,Raymond James Stadium,and Ybor City.

If you’re new in town, getting around is not as easy as you wish…All the roads are by avenues and by streets, whether you’re going South or North. South is St. Petersburg to Bradenton and North is to Tampa to Orlando. I-275 will take you everywhere and I-4 to Orlando. Please, pick up the Daily Planet magazines and will have all the activities you could plan ahead informations. Clubs,restaurants, and special events such concerts and festivals.

Titusville is a quiet community situated between I-95 and the Atlantic Ocean. A river does run through it – the scenic Indian River! From its banks you can find marvelous spots to fish and view spectacular space shuttle launches. You can reach Titusville from exits 79 and 80.

Several of the major hotel chains do business here, including Best Western and Holiday Inn. For an inexpensive stay right on the highway, try the Luck’s Way Inn, 3655 Cheney Hwy. (SR 50), Titusville. Take exit 79 and head west at the end of the ramp. For a great view of the Indian River and shuttle launches, try the Holiday Inn Kennedy Space Center, 4951 S. Washington Ave. (US 1), Titusville.

For RVers, there are many nice resorts. The Great Outdoors provides RV sites for camping and if you like it you can build a home there. The resort also offers an 18-hole, 71-par championship golf course and aqua range which are open to the public for play. Titusville abounds with places to eat. A must-try for barbeque is Sonny’s Bar-B-Q, 2900 Cheney Hwy. (SR 50), right across from the Wal-Mart. Take exit 79 and head east at the end of the ramp.

For a taste of Southern charm, try Kloiber’s Cobbler Eatery, 337 S. Washington Ave. (US 1), Titusville. Take exit 79, head east on Cheney Hwy. (SR 50); at the Indian River, turn north (left) on Washington Ave. (US 1). You will go north for several miles through the city to the downtown district; once in the downtown district, Kloiber’s will be on the right, just south of Garden Street (SR 406).

A trip to Titusville is not complete without a stop at Dixie Crossroads, 1475 Garden St. (SR 406), Titusville. Take exit 80; at the end of the ramp head east on Garden Street (SR 406). Dixie Crossroads is across from the 7-Eleven, one block west of the intersection of Garden and Park. This beautifully landscaped restaurant specializes in seafood.

There are several chain restaurants at exit 79 (SR 50).

Titusville is the place to go if you want to see the space shuttle. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center can be accessed from exit 79. Go east on Cheney Hwy. (SR 50); in front of Wal-Mart turn right onto Columbia Blvd. (SR 405) and proceed directly to the launch pads.

The Astronaut Hall of Fame and U.S. Space Camp are on the way there.

Titusville has five major roadways as reference points: I-95 running north and south; Washington Ave. (US 1) running north and south along the Indian River; Cheney Hwy. (SR 50) off exit 79 which runs east and west; Garden Street (SR 406), which runs east and west off exit 80; and SR 405, which is known as Columbia Blvd. to the south of Cheney Hwy. and South Street to the north of Cheney Hwy.

Plant City is a farming community located between Tampa and Lakeland Florida. Pop. 28,000, It is the home of The International Softball Federation. Plant City is close to Bush Gardens, Disney World and all the other Tampa/Orlando attractions.

Close to I-4 we have three major hotels Days Inn, Comfort Inn and Ramada Inn.

We have most of the fast food restaurants and several larger ones. Close to I-4 There are BuddyFreddys Restaurant, Chancy’s Catfish Shack, Sonny’s Real Pit BBQ, Waffle House, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, Arbys, and Popeyes.

We are about 30 to 40 minutes from all the Tampa and Orlando attractions and theme parks. Located between the two areas which provides a single place to stay and visit all of them.

I-95 runs right through Jacksonville for about 30 miles. I-10 starts in the middle of Jacksonville and heads west. I-295/9A Loops around Jacksonville for people wanting to go round the city.

There are 7 bridges through out the city to help you get from one place to another. The 7 bridges are The Dames Point Bridge (9-A), Hart Bridge, Matthews Bridge, Acosta Bridge, Main Street Bridge (US 1), Fuller Warren Bridge(I-95), and the Buckman Bridge (I-295)

Hollywood is just 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. A City for family and friends. Come and enjoy a night out in Downtown Hollywood or just relax in the sand at Hollywood Beach. Exit I-95 Hollywood Boulevard. Just 20 minutes to Miami. Find great places to eat or shop at the many retail stores located just minutes away.

A great place to stay is the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, 86 Acres of pleasure. Take I-95 To Sterling Road west To State Road 7. Another is the Holiday Inn. I-95 at Sheridan Street west. And a great many others located nearby.

Feast yourself to the many types of restaurants at Downtown Hollywood. I-95 at Hollywood Boulevard east 1 mile. Dancing and dining all night long.

Fort Pierce, originally an Army post established in 1838, has grown to a city of over 36,000 residents. Fort Pierce is located near the junction of I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike, which makes it an ideal “milepost” to stop and spend the day.

There are a number of hotels along US Route A1A (Seaway Drive) but most of the areas lodging can be found right off I-95, exit 65 (FL 70). Days Inn, Hanpton Inn, Holiday Inn, Howard Johnson, Scottish Inn and Treasure Coast Inn are all located here.

US Route A1A (Seaway Drive) has several excellent restaurants. Mangrove Matties is a casual, family restaurant specializing in seafood. Toucan’s and Top of the Dock Restaurant (201 Fisherman’s Wharf) is another nice, casual restaurant.

I-95 exit 65 has a good mix of restaurants too… from McDonalds and Burger King to Shoney’s and the Bel-Air Diner.

Heathcoat Botanical Gardens (Savannah Road) and the St. Lucie County Historical Museum (US Route A1A) are two attractions that I recommend you visit while you’re in the Fort Prerce area.

I-95 exits 66 (FL 68) and 65 (FL 70) will take you into Fort Pierce. US Route 1 and A1A are the two principal north-south routes that run through the Fort Pierce area.

If you are strictly interested in the Beachfront, all the major Hotel chains have accomodations, including the Marriot Harbor House, Howard Johnsons, Hyatt and more. Numerous “boutique hotels and B&B’s can be found in Lauderdale by the Sea and more. A local favorite is the Riverside Hotel, a landmark and cozy hotel located on Las Olas Boulevard.

Inexpensive and tastes good too! Lester’s Diner, The Floridian Restaurant on Las Olas, Tom Jenkins BBQ on Federal Highway near downtown, Mangoes – Las Olas, The Georgia Pig (okay, so it’s in Plantation, but you MUST put some south in your mouth) 441 (State Road 7) just south of Broward Boulevard. Cheesecake Factory – Las Olas. More Pricey… Pa D’Gennaro – absolutely Delicious and little known Italian Gem on A1A just South of Commercial Boulevard. Runway 84. Very well-known “Goombah” kind of place. Cafe Maxx – Las Olas.

Great and cheap stuff to do.. Hit the Beach. Miles of great beaches.

Welcome to Daytona Beach Florida! Home of the Daytona 500 Stock car Races, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, and some of the Softest Beaches in the World.

Directions to the most popular hotels for travelers, I recommend exiting I 95 at US 92 west there are 2 nice hotels at the exit, however, for Visitors that want to stay for a while use the same exit US 92 east follow US 92 all the way to the Beach at A1A it is about 4 miles from I 95, On A1A you can go North or South and have Hundreds of nice Hotels and Restaurants as well as Attractions.

China Buffet on US 92 at the K-Mart plaza has some great food for anyone, don’t be turned away by the word Chinese the food is really awesome. Steve’s Famous Diner is great for Family especially if you like Italian, Steve’s has 2 Locations 1 is on Nova Road at SR 400 and Nova in the Office Depot Plaza, the other is Located just South of Daytona on A1A on the right side.
